Want to build confidence in your handstand practice? Join me for a fun, technique-based workshop. You’ll learn set up technique, strength and flexibility drills and (importantly!) how to bail out. All in a fun, supportive and relaxed atmosphere. Not suitable for complete yoga newbies, but if you have a regular practice and want to start taking it upside down or want to improve your existing inversion practice this is for you. You will also get a little gift from me to say thank you for taking part.
